Here's a survival tip. Don't waste money on water purification tablets.. one tablespoon of bleach will purify one gallon of water.. you need 2 one gallon jugs.. pour 1 tablespoon in one gallon of water, shake, let sit for 24 hours to allow the bleach to sink to the bottom. The bleach will kill all bacteria, and viruses.. after 24 hours, slowly pour the treated gallon off into the empty one gallon jug, but stop at the last inch, and pour that out.. repeat as needed.. you can purify as many gallons as you have jugs for. I saw this in a 1950's nuclear survival pamphlet the u.s. government printed...
