To make a soft seat to sit on while decoying pigeons/ducks take a silver bag from a wine box, empty of coarse blow up to about 1/3 and use as a warm soft cushion after your days shooting hang it on a stake or branch as a pigeon /crow scare. To give confidence to your pigeons place a crow on the outer edge of your pattern. Use bike spokes as wires to set up dead birds.
